It's great with white beans, it's great with so many things. It is no substitute for fresh tomatoes but adds a wonderful depth of flavor. Really great stuff. I make a cannellini bean dish that is sauteed with olive oil, shallots, garlic, anchovy paste and herbs de provence. This is perfect in that dish!

Bomb!
As soon as these come back into stock I'm getting more. I made the best homemade spaghetti sauce. This and that ground bay leaf powder are the bomb! I'm getting more of that too!
