Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning makes a great dip for Italian bread.
I make it in the AM so it sits and the flavors pop.
To add a little variety we nm ix in some pecorino and a few drops of balsamic.

Big chunks of italian herbs. Soak it with olive oil and some homemade bread and guests will never leave!
