Not powder but dried leaves. Made a compound butter with this and rubbed beneath the skin of a turkey breast that I smoked. Hint of rosemary adds a great touch.

Very nice flavor
The cracked rosemary is already being enjoyed. Very nice flavor, not overpowering. Just what I wanted. ....same for the marjoram I ordered....I'll definitely order from you again.

Stale rosemary
I bought 5lb of the cracked rosemary. It was a first time purchase from this company. The aroma was much less brilliant than what I was using previously. It seemed old and not fresh. I don't know if they rotate their stock and toss old product. there was no date on the bag when I received it.
