This is a great spice, it is tasty and gives just the right amount of smokieness without overpowering. I added this to my Chili and it made it phenomenal! My boys each ate 4 bowls. I can't wait to try the smoked HOT version Paprika now.

Only used it once in Hungarian Goulash recipe, and was very good - color, flavor - used less than the "regular" paprika as this Smoked La Vera does seem to be fresher and more concentrate than regular grocery store stock. Highly recommend spice purchase.

Adds flavor to rubs
This one of the main ingredients in my dry rub that I use on brisket. It adds a great flavor. I also use it on chicken to add flavor to grilled chicken breasts. Great product at a great price.
