Love the new flavors
I recently lost several loved ones and made some changes in my life. The main thing I changed is diet. A friend told me about Spices, Inc and I gave it a try. When I say I love the new flavors I mean not just in my food, but in my quality of life, too. All the flavors are new after eating out of the freezer 2-3 times per day. I now cook fish (all kids) veggies, chicken, pork... I love it all.

Adobo Lime Rub
And the flavors were great - kind of 'tamed' the salmon. I rubbed the salmon first with XVOO, then sprinkled on the Rub, then squeezed fresh lime over it - it sat in the refrigerator for an hour. Good stuff!

Very flavorful. I use it with olive oil on chicken breasts, grill on a gas grill (Weber) in a rotesserie basket until golden (about 22 minutes).
