But lacks the strength of fresh tart lime I was expecting. Over all it's a good rub for chicken, beef and pork. Tastes great in jerky snack sticks

Good nice flavor was hopefully it will be a favorite. I need more time to find ways to use this in our dishes.

More than what I anticipated
The is a relatively new purchase for me so I have been experimenting with it to see what it yields. So far so good. So at work we had a big party and it was my task to prep some shish kebabs. I used this seasoning and threw in a little lemon juice and a little extra green pepper on chicken breasts and tossed it all with some incredible olive oil I had. I let this sit for a whole 2 days before we assembled the kebabs.
As I was serving this to everyone, I heard praises about it, but truthfully I hear that about what I do anyway, so I did not really pay too close attention to it. That is, until I ate it myself.
When I finally got to sit down and eat, I started with a kebab I made. It was incredibly outstanding and the flavor was WAY MORE than what I anticipated. Damn, these kebabs were just fantastic!
This seasoning blend really made a hit. I was eating food that I would expect from a top notch eatery for big money. And best it was made right in my kitchen. It made me a star. It was so much better than I could imagine. Best yet, there are more kebabs left over to cook tomorrow haha. I can hardly wait. Thanks!
