Sweet Italian Sausage Seasoning
Inc. Way too hot for sweet sausage..Needs more fennel, much less peppers and less salt.

Itallian Sweet Sausage Seasoning
The salt/sugar ratio of the seasoning seems to be good, however on the whole, this seasoning is way under spiced for sweet Italian. Needs more of nearly everything except salt, sugar, and chili flakes. I made a 5lb. batch per the recommended amounts and let it mature for three days, then tested it. It really needed some spicing help.
