Granulated honey - it's a sweet deal! Works for tea instead of sugar. I use it on BBQ ribs with powdered butter. The heat melts both and then the honey forms part of the bark. Fun!!

Granulated sugar
This product works equally well for sweetening drinks as it does in a bbq run. Just the right amount of sweetness for the perfect balance of flavors.

Yes I made a custom sausage usuing this and some other ingredients. This came out just the way I wanted plus it did not clump or give me any problems. I will be ordering more of this for another recipe I have in mind
