This product works equally well for sweetening drinks as it does in a bbq run. Just the right amount of sweetness for the perfect balance of flavors.

Yes I made a custom sausage usuing this and some other ingredients. This came out just the way I wanted plus it did not clump or give me any problems. I will be ordering more of this for another recipe I have in mind

Versatile
works in BBQ rubs and a cure for homemade bacon. I added it to a cure with pink curing salt, granulated honey and maple sugar, with peppercorns and some powdered smoke flavor. Then slow smoked the pork belly on low for about four hours. Results were great!
