This is a great combination of spices. We enjoyed stewed chicken on our latest trip to Belize and wanted to try and replicate it. This is a great product to make chicken. I do recommend that you have a glass jar to store it in because it is very aromatic.

Excellent shortcut
I used this on some thick pork chops, gave it 4 hours to marinate, grilled them over Pecan wood - excellent! I did use some olive oil on the chops before I laid them on the grill.
