The best out there
I've been purchasing this for quite a few years, roasted garlic, and the California roasted is the best you'll find. The granular and minced both have consistent roast and the garlic flavor comes shining through. I can't imagine not having it for my steak blend and other dishes. There is a reason why sometimes its difficult to find.
Buy it now before I buy the rest. 😉

Garlic!!!!
Loved it!!! I love garlic in general, so I’m biased. This garlic had a nice roasted flavor to it and I eat it on everything except for yogurt and cereal. Oh... and my wife. Great product.

Good stuff
I love my garlic and this is tops on my list. I use the California granulated garlic profusely when making my BB-Q rub and it gets a lot of smiles every time. Great flavor for those times I don't have time to prepare fresh garlic. Spices Inc. comes through once again!

GARLIC!
This is a most wonderful way to very easily use Garlic in any dish you wish to have it. Makes a rich garlic taste which is not sharp (due to roasting) and is SO easy to use! LOVE it!
