Roasted Granulated Garlic
It is roasted which reduces the garlic bite. It's flavor is much closer to garlic cloves then any powdered garlic I've ever used. It's very high quality. Been using it in soups and stews to add a little more flavor.

California Toasted Garlic
It is good, but very strong. One must use sparingly, unless wanting a strong garlic flavor. It arrived in double bags as all spices from SpiceInc, but the smell of garlic easily came through. The local Post Office employees questioned me as to why my package had their work area smelling of garlic. I explained and we had a laugh. Testimonial as to how strong it is.
