cinnamon and more cinnamon
I found mine to be essentially a bag of cinnamon. Smells great, but is just weird on chicken. I was expecting some other flavors but none really came through. I was disappointed.

But it was included with my order as a sample, so I rubbed up a whole chicken and threw it in the smoker. WOW, that was fantastic, I will be ordering this with my next Spice Inc order. Dan

The aroma was enticing and we used it as a seasoning for fried chicken however the aroma was not equal to the flavor once the chicken was cooked. We found that the chicken needed salt once it was done. Maybe it holds up better with grilling rather than frying but this has not been an issue in the past.
