Berbere
I just ordered a 2nd container because i have been going through the first so quickly.
I haven't done much fancy stuff with it, but i have used it on lamb kabobs, ground lamb patties, and my favorite is to mix it with some olive oil and lemon juice, throw in some garlic, then pour it on some mixed vegetables like squash, onion, potatoes, and peppers, then mix in some chicken and bake it all for about 45 minutes. It comes out spicy but delicious, then i just toss it on some rice and enjoy.
Anyone on the fence about it should at least give it a try, you won't regret it.

It goes great on Chicken, and pork.
Just the other night i made a simple dish with Zucchini and squash, sliced onions, and then some Chicken. I made a nice little sauce out of lemon juice, the berbere seasoning, and some olive oil and poured it on. Then sprinkled a little more berbere for good measure. Came out beautifully after 45 minutes of baking. Nice flavor, and a slight kick of heat.
