Well-Remembered
I had the red chili powder from a visit to New Mexico in 1990. Brought a lot back but used it all. Decided to make chili recently and used the regular. Gave a big container of it away & ordered this. Now the flavor is amazing again! How could anyone use anything else???!

just the right amount of mild heat to make it just right, before adding the fresh jalapeño to the mix
