I've always used the cheap chile powder from the grocery store. Even the one time I got Hatch chile powder it was old and just tasted the same. This is different. I don't have to use as much because it is just bursting with chile goodness.

Awesome Hatch New Mexico Red Chili Powder!
This has got to be the most flavorful Chili Powder I ever tasted, rich, intensely fruity, no bitter after taste and bright red color, with a mild, pleasant heat level. An awesome Chili Powder I'll buying again and recommending to friends and family!

Hatch red chilies
Product is pure, price is nice. I use mine to make Carne Adovada. It’s a beautiful thing.
