New Mexico Chile Powder
But my wife has to eat also! This is a flavorful blend, and it's much easier to control the hotness with a milder blend such as this one.

Great flavor
Wanted to find fresh NM chile powder after exhausting my stash. Gave this a try. Shipped quickly, The powder was fresh, flavorful and aromatic. Used immediately in chili and enchilada sauce and the flavor is wonderful!
