Organic Minced Garlic
This product is great. I have been upgrading my cooking and spices to be healthier. I have made soup with this, and it was great. Non of that "off" taste and smell you get with the store brands. I will keep buying .

I only buy California fresh
I only buy California fresh garlic, so when I use mined I want California high quality Garlic. However, it is very hard to find California minced garlic. Thank you Spices, inc for using only the best.

Full flavor and very aromatic, smells fresh chopped. Wonderful taste and easy to rehydrate. fresh garlic doesnt work for longevity as well as this product does. Love that it's grown in California.
