Organic Minced Garlic

As good as my homegrown galic.
I grow 200 organic Music & Georgian Crystal Porcelain garlic bulbs every year in my small garden area. Over the years I've expanded my uses for fresh garlic and have been coming up a little short for my dried garlic needs lately. I've found this garlic to be perfectly acceptable to supplement my dried garlic shortages. The only problem I have is that it's quite expensive which may force me to rethink my garden layout for expansion. Other than that, the garlic is A+ and I would recommend.
