Omg! This is great. We made a mix of this with minced onion, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt! It’s been great as a topping on eggs, bagels and salads.
The garlic flavor is not bitter and it has a clean garlic smell. A garlic lovers dream, YUM!!

Great Garlic Flavor
This is the 3rd time we've ordered this. It has a great flavor. Not bitter nor rank. Just a smooth consistent garlicky flavor. We use it as is, and also grind some for garlic powder. Also, let some soak in olive oil, and is great finish on dishes.
