I only buy California fresh

Full flavor and very aromatic, smells fresh chopped. Wonderful taste and easy to rehydrate. fresh garlic doesnt work for longevity as well as this product does. Love that it's grown in California.

Omg! This is great. We made a mix of this with minced onion, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt! It’s been great as a topping on eggs, bagels and salads.
The garlic flavor is not bitter and it has a clean garlic smell. A garlic lovers dream, YUM!!
