Excellent grind for a good finish
This pepper is very flavorful. It has mild citrus or sweet notes that are perfect on any meat or vegetable. The grind is coarse, so the pepper flavor comes out well. We use this in cooking as well as a finish on salads and steaks. The lack of salt is not missed.
