Excellent alternative to your everyday pepper
I use this often in place of my regular ground pepper. It's particularly good as a steak rub and in soups and stews. The addition of onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery seed to the base pepper creates a more complex flavor without distracting from the base pepper.

Grilled steak with rub.
The combination of the smoke flavor and pepper Rob went well together.I didn't put alot on,just enough to cover the steak and I was still able to taste the smoke flavor.The seasoning isn't overbearing and it tastes great The sample seasoning you sent me was awesome with my eggs,hamburger,& hash browns,I absolutely loved the taste.I keep my seasonings in the freezer to keep them fresh,when I run out I'll be sending you another order,thanks again.

Pennsylvania Pepper is the best!
