Great Stuff
Reordered after trying the sample. A really useful blend to have on hand. Only down side is that the coarse grind of the black pepper gets under my DH's plate, so I have to give it a bit of time in the mortar (or spice grinder) when I refill my jar.

I don’t know why the free sample you gave me was 5 times better than the purchase that I made. You will probably say it’s the exact same thing but, I’ve been in the restaurant business for the last 40 years and my taste buds are accurate to 100%. Maybe you selected exactly the balance that was necessary in the free sample. Anyway you wanted my opinion, now you have it. I’m not mad, just disappointed.

The BEST Pepper
I use this pepper on everything. Because of the unique flavor I prefer it to fresh ground. I shared with a neighbor and they are hooked too. I will never go back to plain pepper again!

Kitchen Staple
Spices Inc. included a sample of this in my first purchase from them. I was immediately taken with it and have bought it ever since in the 1 lbs. bags. This past Christmas I gave some to both my sons-in-law. Honestly, even though I was using a pepper mill for fresh ground pepper when I used pepper, since then this has been pretty much the only pepper I use, even in most recipes.

Delicious on burgers
I got this pepper & spice blend as a free gift in an order. Typically I use black pepper on grilled burgers. Tried this instead - simply delicious. You dudes from Elysburg knock it out of the park. You are now my go to spice store.

I was skeptical
when I received a free package but I am now a believer! This is just delicious and is going into everything I cook these days. I am originally from Western Pennsylvania and this adds a bit of nostalgia to my cooking! Thanks for sending the sample.
