When you're out of fresh onions
I was out of vidial onions and white onions too. So , I tried the toasted minced onion I had made a purchase of & my pepper steak was just as delicious in using toasted minced onions as fresh onions.

California Toasted Minced Onion
OMG, I can say enough good things about this. Firstly, the jar came absolutely FULL to the top (not half empty like the ones in a grocery store) and they are potent too. Use only a little and it goes a long way. I made the mistake thinking they would be just like the ones in the store - boy, was I wrong.... they are fresh and wayyyyyy better!

Excellent Taste
This is a product that I keep on hand at all times (if possible. I add the toasted onions to almost all of my "main dish" items. Very good Seller to deal with and the price was appropriate.
