Very tasty
This toasted onion bulks up really nice when left in water for 15 to 30 minutes. It has a real nice flavor in everything I use it in. I'm using so much of this and the yummy garlic that I get from Spices Inc that my girlfriend ran away and my dog won't kiss me anymore.

The Good Stuff
If roasted garlic is to your liking this is the real McCoy. Great robust flavor with just the right amount of roasting. Along with cracked black pepper and roasted minced onions this is great when preparing steak the night before and gives you bites of garlic as you consume.

DELICIOUS
I put these on my salads, in soups, and in spice blends as well. Very tasting, with a robust caramelized flavor that is very easy to inquiry rather then have to wait 50 minutes for garlic to roast in the oven.
