My favorite smoky Chipotle Chile Pepper!
While I always have both the Morita and Meca chilies on hand in freezer and refrigerator, the Meco variety is ideal for adding smoky flavor with a mild heat level that just about everyone eating Mexican food finds tolerable and enjoyable.
