Clean, wel-packaged in sturdy resealable pouches ---wonderfully aromatic without any alien debris or smells.Ihave usually mixed orders of two chipotles,japoneses, anchos,and the manzanillo seasoning which is great stuff and first came as a promo lagniappe in my shipment.The dried tomato flakes,ginger,and other pulverized products are all just near perfect and the prices in slight bulk great compared to my local super markets and stores.The free shipping for orders of $50 brings me back comfortably rather than buying any similar products locally.

Chipotle Meco Chiles
I sent over a pound of morita and meco, tellicher pepper corn to a friend in Europe, waited this long to get feedback! They loved it! They are expert in cooking with the chili, doing many dishes, they loved the chilis and loved the aromatics of the Tellicherry pepper.
They couldn't thank me enough.

Full of mold
I bought the Chipotle Meco peppers, and they are literally full of mold two weeks later. So disappointing... I but Chipotle's for some time, and it never happened to me.

Great smokey and earthy flavor, super hot for jalapeños too.
This was my first time using mexo chipotles and was pleasantly surprised. I like the super smokey, rich and earthy flavors plus they’re extra hot too. I made 2 batches of tepache amd used a giant one of these cut in half in container and 3 De Arbol chiles in the other. The meco batch was much spicier and the tepache was the best I ever made. I also rehydrate these and can them in page batches so I can readily add their robust flavor to any dish.
