Korean Chili Flakes Make Me Happy I put Spices Inc Korean Chili Flakes on everything I eat. Morning oatmeal. Eggs. Chicken soup. Fish soup. Salad. Bean soup. Sometimes, a few flakes in my bourbon. Also great in homemade kimchi. I haven't tried them in my coffee yet. Tomorrow morning.

Wow! My brother brought me a turnip. 7 pounds, 12 ounces. The size of a volleyball. It was solid, sweet, and crisp all through. The weather has been perfect for turnips here this year.I used my food processor to cut the turnip into shoestrings. Then I added salt and sugar to get some fermentation going. After a day or two, I added some Korean chili flakes. After 2 weeks, I brought 1/2 pint to my mom's when my (other) brother visited. He does not like hot foods. He demolished the kimchi. The brother who grew the turnip was not nearly so impressed. I, however, love the stuff and can't wait to try Napa cabbage kimchi. Don't worry about ordering this product, I can't think of any reason why you might be unsatisfied.

Lovely Product I am a fan of every spice I've tried from this company. Theirs is the first Korean Chili Flake I've used and I think it's great. I started using it as my principal chili in kimchi. My appreciation for this chili flake has me trying it it in anything I would use another chili in and several things I wouldn't. I can't speak as to whether or not this is a noteworthy example of korean chili flakes but as a standalone product I am quite enamored with it.

Korean Chili Flakes Came quickly, very fresh. I've already made some Kimchi with this and it came out great. It is spicy so do some taste tests. After 5 days in the frig. its really taken on the Kimchi flavor and I and the wife are really enjoying it. i recommend and I'll buy again. This is the real Kimchi powder not the stuff from China!

Korean Chili Flakes This is not for you. I like a mild hot Kimchi that compliments the food. I make Kimchi for the health benefits that it gives my family. Not as a condiment to burn the taste buds off my tongue. When I ran out of this company's Korean Chili Flakes, I bought another offered at my local store. It did not hold a light to the flavor of the one offered by Spices Inc.
