Easier than fresh
So many times I have to run to the store for shallots or I substitute,, which is a bad idea. Now I can go to my spice closet and get them there. So nice!!

Great Shallots!
These have excellent flavor and great price for a pantry staple! It is easy to re-hydrated them for any meal! The quality is better than I have seen with any other brands. Great stock prices for 1lb+ highly recommend!
