Haven’t tried this one yet, been battling pneumonia and have no sense of taste or smell. Will wait for better health!

Roasted Granulated Garlic
But it could stand to be toasted a bit darker to really bring out the smoky flavor. You can always just take your regular garlic and dry roast in in a frying pan over medium heat to get the same result as this.
