This garlic is heads and tails better than the cheap Asian varieties that are grown in human waste. It has a great aroma and the texture is just right for my spice blend. The flavor is supper satisfying.

Wonderful Roasted Garlic
I love the flavor of this garlic! A little milder than the regular granulated garlic, for dishes where you don't want as strong of a garlic flavor. But it still smells and tastes great! I'm happy there's an option for roasted garlic!
