California Toasted Garlic
It is good, but very strong. One must use sparingly, unless wanting a strong garlic flavor. It arrived in double bags as all spices from SpiceInc, but the smell of garlic easily came through. The local Post Office employees questioned me as to why my package had their work area smelling of garlic. I explained and we had a laugh. Testimonial as to how strong it is.

Quality Product but Pricey
Roasted Granulated Garlic had great flavor with deep, rich tones from the roasting process. At over $10/lb. delivered, you will use it sparingly.
