I have not gotten to use it a lot yet, it came in a bag and I don’t have a spare shaker so it comes out clumpy for me, I just expected it to come in a plastic or glass shaker I guess, that would be a nice option to be able to buy. I have never had it before I guess I was expecting it to be a more potent smoky flavor but let me use it more before I judge it. Thank you for the sample of Pennsylvania Pepper it smells amazing and tastes very fresh and flavorful. I like it.

I'm using it in my seasoning ,I've got lot of likes on this one, so I will continue to include it in my spice, also I got the hot , witch I use in my pepper spice , I also like Smoked chopelt, do you handle this one,?

Good flavor, too fine of a powder
Loved the flavor of this paprika. Powder is way too fine though and caked up often and I had a hard time, haha! It worked out and was still delicious.

Great flavor, too lumpy
The sweet smoked paprika does have a real nice smokey flavor to it. For the flavor, I would give it a "5".
I use it in most of the spice blends that I create and sell.
But this shipment of paprika is VERY lumpy, so I must use a sifter AND a mortar and pestle to remove all those lumps on every cup that I use in my recipes. Very labor intensive. For that reason, I must bump my rating down to "3". Sorry!
