Breakfast Sausage Seasoning I DO NOT like sage, and although there is some in this mixture it is NOT overpowering. I hope that this seasoning is always available cause it is the BEST! I use mine with ground turkey and its wonderful.

Spicier than I expected After I received the spice, I ground a pork roast and mixed it in. It mixed in very well. The aroma was wonderful. But it was a little bit spicier than i anticipated. But it was still very good

I weighed everything out to I weighed everything out to make sure I could repeat the mixture again. The 5lb bag is said to season 80lb of sausage, I halved it to do 40lb. It is good but very spicy. The black peppercorns are too big in my opinion. I will certainly still use the other half but my plan is to do 60lb with it not 40lb. Thanks for the fast shipping and offering great spices delivered right to our door. Love your company

Had more of an Italian Had more of an Italian feel then breakfast sausage. Wasnt crazy about the fennel.

Way Too Hot Shipping was quick, purchase process was good. The flavor was good for a couple seconds before the heat hit. Totally unbearable! Why can't we enjoy flavor without being burnt by too much pepper? Totally overpowered by red pepper. I sent an email asking if they could make a custom batch without the red pepper, but got no reply. Will go back to making my own recipe.
