Not for Breakfast
The blend is very fresh and fragrant, but, as another reviewer said, it has way too much fennel. This definitely puts it more into the Italian direction. I ended up using the made-up sausage for Italian ragout after adding a few more Italian herbs to the dish and it turned out delicious. I will use the rest of this purchase for Italian dishes so it's not wasted. I gave it only 3 points because it definitely is not for breakfast.

Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
This Breakfast Sausage Seasoning has way too much fennel. Used two tablespoons per recommendation and for our taste was not near spicy enough but this can be added but we cannot take out the fennel. Have not found any other recipes for breakfast sausage that use fennel and this gives the meat an Italian sausage taste.

Best breakfast sausage mix!
Very good breakfast sausage mix… I do add chili flakes to ours but we like it a little spicy. Overall it is the best mix that I have tried. I will definitely buy more.

Lentils and sausage spices
I was after a similar flavor for breakfast as sausage and eggs. I use the precooked brown lentils from Albertsons with this sausage spice and it works great. Egg whites and lentils are a high source of choline, which is super good for the liver and brain. This spice was amazing,thankyou so much. Going to try it in my cabbage soup next.
