Aleppo Pepper is our favorite pepper spice. It has much more flavor than the usual red pepper flakes. The flavor is fruity and medium hot to our taste. We use it in many dishes: on scrambled eggs, on cabbage salad, on roast chicken, and in soups and stews. The quality is very good and you can get a larger quantity for a decent price. My husband and I highly recommend this pepper!
