The shipping and service is amaizing. I put the Aleppo on my pasta like I would chili pepper flakes. It is also incredible mixed in with a coffee rub for steak.

Has a much more complex and interesting flavor. Not nearly as hot as red pepper flakes so you use a few times as much, but the flavor is more evenly distributed.

It was flavorful, but for me, not hot enough.... The flakes don't separate when shaken and require the work of a hand-held fork to spread it on the food.
My husband and I used to grow our own habaneros when we lived in a warmer climate.
