Best of the smokey peppers we think. Use this in our taco seasoning, chili dishes, anything. Twice the smoke of a Chipotle, try it with Gaujillos and Anchos for Enchilada sauce, or make Oaxacan Salsa using Tomatillos. The secret ingredient in all of our Mexican dishes, friends can't figure it out until I let them smell the bag !!!

Great blend of sweet, spicy, and smoky
To some degree dried peppers are dried peppers, but these do have a unique flavor that I'm looking forward to playing with. Definitely unique.

BEST CHILIES ON THE PLANET
These chilies 🌶️ were brand new to me when I discovered them here a few years ago. They have now become one of my most used. Nothing compares to them in terms of *FLAVOR, *SMOKINESS or *FRESHNESS … you can adjust their heat by excluding seeds and veins when grinding. They possess unparalleled smokiness and a nice warm fruity flavor. Indispensable.
