Wonderful Chiles
This is an extremely rare and hard to find chile, with a special flavor that can't be found even in the finest meco chipotles, which are the closest equivalent. Thanks to Spices, Inc. for stocking this fine chile. They arrived very fresh and are very flavorful.

I first learned about Pasilla de Oaxaca chiles in a cooking class in the city of Oaxaca. I brought part of a kilo back home and used them, primarily, in soup and stews.Delicious, but I ran out and none
