Great flavor, hint of sweetness from the roast. Believe it or not, it does add a little bit of bulk in a very subtle way. I can't wait to use in a really strong garlic dip and garlic butter and garlic sprinkle for garlic bread. I think I might start bathing with it.

Wonderful Roasted Garlic
I love the flavor of this garlic! A little milder than the regular granulated garlic, for dishes where you don't want as strong of a garlic flavor. But it still smells and tastes great! I'm happy there's an option for roasted garlic!
