Highlight of my poulty dishes
Perfect for whole roasted chicken, mixed with a touch of poultry seasoning. Dust oven roasted potato wedges with Flip and some Cali Granulated Garlic. Finally on chicken tacos where it shines as the solo seasoning. Great addition to my spice collection.

Flippin everything!
I bought it initially because of the name, it sounded interesting. Bought it a second time because my beef, chicken and pork taste better with it. It has just enough heat to know its there, but it doesn't take over.

Hooked line and sinker
I couldn't wait to use this seasoning in my southern fried chicken recipe. It was amazing and that it took it to a whole new level. I now call this recipe Flippin the Bird Southern Fried Chicken recipe. I used it as a brine and it really worked well to season my chicken before it was cooked. Thanks Spice Inc

Great on chicken. It’s really not that spicy. Has a black pepper spice to it but not a lingering heat. But the flavor it puts on the chicken is great . It is best on a whole roasted chicken that you bake or grill. I’m glad I found this company.
