I find though that I have to use a lot to get the intensity that I want. For instance, in 4 oz. of turkey burger I use 1 1/2 tsp.

We were competing against 42 other competitors and my job was the chicken. Well I put together my favorite mustard slather and low and behold I had left my rub at home. Well I did have some Flipping the Bird rub so after a light coat of slather I sprinkled my birds with it.
Well to our delight we took second in chicken and second in Tri-Tip and I feel Flipping the Bird gave us the edge....although my mustard slather may have played a small part.

Great chicken rub. We’ve used it on grilled boneless thighs with delicious results. It’s also really good on oven baked chicken. Not too sweet. Great that it’s also salt free!

I gave the sample to a friend of mine and I believe he ordered some. I do not do the grilling, but he said he really likes it. I do mostly one-pot meals and soups. I also experiment with flavors and your spices. I eat your PA Pepper every day in Grits and just about anything else.
