Better than Mother Clucker???
I bought this in 1oz size to see if my family would like it, turns out they like it better than the previously undefeated (in our house), Mother Clucker. Flippin the bird compliments fried chicken extremely well, it even works on breaded pork tenderloin. Highly recommended!

Chicken Rub
I used Spices, Inc's "Flippin the Bird" as a rub on a 3.5lb whole chicken. I used my Instant Pot for this particular recipe, and when the chicken was done, put it under the broiler to crisp the skin. Spices, Inc's rub was perfect for this dish, as it retained its variety of spice flavors. Better yet, it is salt free for those who watch their sodium intake.

Flippin the Bird
We really like this spice blend. We are elderly and can no longer tolerate the heat that is present in most blends these days. Thanks for giving us a new and different seasoning for our chicken. :-)
