Bird was not the word
The spice mix smelled amazing and I couldn't wait to try it.
I pan roasted a nice chicken breast. It was juicy but to my palate, the taste was not what I was expecting. Also, when I went to reheat the leftover breast, the spice had turned into a gelatenous paste and the flavor had changed/ diminished! I was disappointed overall.

No salt is no taste
I bought two different spices flipping the bird and garlic herb seasoning and made some chicken with them. Not one person in the dinner party(11) could taste any seasoning. For me it was a waste of money and I wonβt be buying them again.

Makes a great marinade
Blended with adobo, Dijon, juice of 1/2 lemon and olive oil. Used on roasted chicken ππ

One of My Favorites
This seasoning and Mother Clucker were the first salt-free ones I tried when my husband was forced to switch to a low-sodium diet. You don't miss the salt at all with this one. It is great on chicken but often we use it for oven baked veggie bakes that even my kids rave about!
