Spices looked better than I remember in the past especially the black peppers. Dried anchos and New Mexican reds look amazing. Haven’t opened Mexican oregano yet but looks good?

Awesome Anchos
These chilis are wonderful. Not too dried out as others I have purchased. The aroma is awesome when toasting. The are the main attraction in my Texas Chili!

I bought 6 different varieties
I bought 6 different varieties for experimenting with my tamale sauces, the aroma when I opened the box was exotic, each bag, well sealed, had beautiful fleshy and flexible peppers, nothing old or dry, they arrived very promptly and I couldn't be happier

Awesome sauce , great flavor, taste the yummy goodness. Awesome for soups and spices. Adds a nice sweet aroma to the spices I mix.
