Super Fresh, Super Fragrant!
I used to buy spiced from Spice Barn who is no longer in business. I just received my first order from Spices Inc. and was amazed by how much fresher these spices are! The fragrance is truly wonderful. I use them for Bobby Flay barbecue rubs, Rick Bayless mexican cuisine, and various french and spanish recipes. I just returned from Le Cordon Bleu (Paris) so I know what I am talking about! Highly recommended.
