I couldn't find it anywhere. This was great, inexpensive, and not a regular staple in my house!! We use it on chicken mainly, but it's a nice confusion spice for any meat - it leaves everyone wondering what on earth you used to get that flavor!

Mild chile powder. This isn't for the real chili heads who like the burn but is instead a nice compliment to Tex Mex cooking. We enjoy it in rice and beans and on grilled chicken.
