Organic California Paprika
Organic California Paprika is a very mild chile powder, with a maximum Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) measurement of 500 and a premium ASTA value of 120. It is made from various cultivars of Capsicum annuum chiles that meet the correct heat and color requirements. Also known as organic paprika, paprika organic, bulk paprika, or organic paprika powder, paprika chiles are relished for their vibrant color and mildly pungent, peppery yet sweet flavor.
