We believe in offering the freshest spices possible and highly recommend that you only buy enough spice to last approximately 6-12 months, particularly if you are looking to purchase ground spices or seasoning blends. Whole spices, when stored properly, can last 1-2 years. Commercial Kitchen Sizes

We carry bulk sizes for those who frequent the kitchen and know they reach for one thing more than others. The quart size holds about 32 fluid ounces of product and our gallon size holds about 128 fluid ounces.  Depending on the product the weight will vary. These are perfect for home cooks or small restaurants. The containers are capped and finished with a safety seal.

1 Pound Bag

This work-friendly container is frequently used by chefs who may want to experiment with a seasoning. It comes in a resealable bag and is placed into an outer bag. The outer bag is heat-sealed before shipping. 

 

 

Quart Size

We introduced the quart size in response to requests from our customers, and it's been a top seller ever since. It's easy to work with, with a lid that's half sifting shaker/half open flow. It has a small base that sits easily on commercial racking and helps maximize workspace. And last but not least, our quart size packaging is BPA-free.

 

 

 

 

 

Gallon Size

Our 128 fluid ounce gallon size is a great way to keep yourself stocked and ready to cook. This is a great size option for specialty food manufacturers or seasoning companies who aren’t quite up to bulk box size but want something bigger than a quart size. You can get at least four quart-size refills out of one gallon container, and the plastic jug is easy to store on shelving until it is needed. Like the quart size, the gallon size is BPA-free.

 

 

 

 

 

Bulk Sizes

We have several large sizes that are right for the customer who needs larger amounts of spices and seasonings. We recommend these sizes for companies that have steady production schedules and produce in high volume, since it's better for the final product that these do not sit for more than 12 months in storage.

5 Pound

The 5 pound bulk size works well in many professional environments. These products come in a resealable bag with a protective outer bag that is heat-sealed. Some products, depending on their volume, may come in two 2.5 pound bulk bags or a small box.

 

25 Pound

This is the next step up from the 5 pound size and is more economical. Comes in a ship-alone box.

 

50 Pound

This is the largest of our industrial size packaging. This size works well for larger multi-location shops, restaurants, and food manufacturers. Comes in a ship-alone box.

 

 

 

 

What Does BPA Stand For?

BPA stands for “bisphenol A.” This is a chemical that has been part of the manufacture of plastic and resin since the 1960s. Evidence indicates that exposure to BPA can cause some long-term health concerns, leading some consumers to feel hesitant about consuming food products packaged in plastic. The EPA has determined that a low level of BPA consumption is safe, though they are continually monitoring their data.
