Pork Stank
Pork Stank is a sweet and salty pork rub that’s perfect for smoking, grilling, and roasting. It is also known as all-purpose pork seasoning, BBQ pork rub, competition-style pork rub, dry pork seasoning blend, sweet pulled pork rub, or pitmaster’s pork rub.
Pork Stank has been one of our top-selling pork rubs since it was developed in the early years of our business. This blend came from a collaboration with an owner of a competition barbecue team who also ran a successful barbecue catering business.

How To Use
Pork Stank was created with competition barbecuing in mind. With sugar as the first ingredient, Pork Stank caramelizes into a dark, rich bark on low-and-slow cooks. We would recommend it for just about any pork dish you can imagine—swap it in when making Smoked Pork Shoulder or Low & Slow Oven-Baked Ribs. It’s also terrific mixed into Grilled Turkey Burgers or Buttermilk-Marinated Grilled Chicken. Versatile Pork Stank also gives incredible depth to Roasted Potatoes or the corn in a Charred Corn Pasta Salad.
Use Pork Stank on all sorts of pork dishes, particularly pulled pork, spare and baby back ribs, or pork shoulder. Perfect for chicken or turkey, potatoes, corn, and hearty greens like collard or mustard. Great for grilling, smoking, roasting, or sauteeing. Use for marinades, sauces, and for savory snacks like popcorn.
